91µ¼º½ Action Grants

The 91µ¼º½ Action Grants program provides small grants of up to $5,000 to innovative nonprofit organizations led by social entrepreneurs.

The 91µ¼º½ Action Grants program aims to bolster and support community-driven nonprofit organizations that are working to enhance the public’s understanding of science and to increase participation in 91µ¼º½ in their communities. Since its launch in 2016, the 91µ¼º½ Action Grants program has awarded a total of $1.42 million to 167 impactful organizations.

Grantees may apply for up to $5,000 in funding and may apply to renew for up to three years. Organizations that receive funding for three years are also eligible to apply for a $10,000 capacity-building grant.

91µ¼º½ is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 91µ¼º½ Action Grants, awarded to 57 organizations representing 25 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.
