Information for Regeneron ISEF Attendees
Regeneron ISEF 2026 will take place in Phoenix, Arizona at the Phoenix Convention Center from May 9-15, 2026.
Regeneron ISEF 2026 will be an in-person event with all finalists competing in-person. The in-person event will be complemented by a virtual site where finalist will share their project materials.

All Attendees
- :ÌýThe preliminary program includes major events at Regeneron ISEF. The 2026 Preliminary Program can be accessed at the link above and will be updated throughout the spring.
- 2026 ISEF Attendee Schedule: The schedule of the ISEF Event week. Includes dates, times, and locations for the entire event week. The Attendee Schedule will be posted closer to the ISEF Event Week.
- 2026 ISEF Symposia Application:ÌýThe 2026 Symposia Application is now available. If you would like to host a Symposium at the upcoming Regeneron ISEF, please review the and no later than March 30, 2026.
- AP Testing: The requirements of College Board regarding AP exams require testing at your own school and disallow the Society from managing AP exams for participants. Please work with your AP coordinator to arrange for late testing.
- IB May 2026 Examinations: The Society is working with the International Baccalaureate Organization to arrange IB testing at Regeneron ISEF 2026. Interested finalists must have their school IB Coordinator fill out the and send it to support@ibo.org by April 1, 2026. Please note that there is a $52 USD fee per student associated with this process. Schools will be invoiced at the end of May. IB Exams will be administered between May 11 and May 15.
Finalists
- : All finalists must complete the Regeneron ISEF Finalist Questionnaire to register for Regeneron ISEF.
- : A listing of Regeneron ISEF 2026 projects. Projects shown on this site have been assigned a Booth ID.
- : All finalists are required to complete a virtual booth in addition to their physical display. The Project Material Guidelines list out the requirements for the virtual booth and provide guidance for the physical display.
- :ÌýAll finalists should follow the ISEF Display & Safety Rules and when creating their ISEF Project Materials.
- Display boards: Tri-fold boards will be available for pre-order beginning in April. A link for preorder will be posted here. Boards will also be available for purchase at the Regeneron ISEF Store on Sunday, May 10, and Monday, May 11. Preorders may be picked up from the Regeneron ISEF Store on Sunday and Monday, and a receipt will be required. Tri-fold boards will measure 48″ by 48″ in total, with the folds measuring 12″ and the center panel measuring 24″. Header boards are 9″ by 35″. Tri-fold boards will cost $10, and header boards will cost $5.

Project Shipping: Unfortunately, no shipping vendor has provided the Society with the ability to hold packages ahead of the ISEF Event Week in Phoenix for free. The Society will not be providing fairs with an official ISEF shipping label. The UPS Store located within the Phoenix Convention Center has offered to hold packages for a fee. Attendees interested in shipping their projects and having their projects held at the Phoenix Convention Center should contact that UPS store directly and fill out .
Health and Safety Policy
- Health and Safety Policy: Regeneron ISEF 2026 will not require proof of vaccination for attendees.
